In placing an order with us online and completing the checkout process you are accepting our Terms of Business.

Confirmation of your mail order is by email from Paypal and then we normally despatch your goods between 1 and 3 working days from the receipt of your order.

Parcels can be sent to an address in England, Wales or mainland Scotland only.

A signature will not be required but if you wish to email us additionally with a safe place for your parcel to be left then this information will be included on the delivery docket. Please use our Contact us facility.

In the event of goods being received in a damaged condition please let us know immediately by phone on 01162 558351 or email - info@evergreen-interiors.co.uk   (Within 48 hours maximum).

If you do decide to cancel, you should put this in writing, either by letter or email. The goods should then be returned to us in good condition. Your postage will be refunded to you if you have fulfilled all these requirements.
